You need to be at least 16 and hold a valid Ontario G1 licence before your first in-car lesson. You can start the classroom portion of the BDE course while you're studying for the G1 — many students do both at once.
Yes, at no extra cost anywhere in our service area. We'll pick you up from home, school or work, and drop you back at whichever address you prefer. Just tell us when you book.
We do. Test-day vehicle rental is $180 and includes a 45-minute warm-up drive beforehand, the use of our insured dual-control car for the test, and your instructor waiting at the centre. Book it at least two weeks ahead — test-day slots fill quickly.
It depends on how much practice you're getting between lessons. Most brand-new drivers are test-ready after 10 to 15 hours of instruction plus regular practice with a parent or friend. If you're only preparing for a test you've already booked, four hours is usually enough. After your first lesson your instructor will give you an honest estimate.
